Return Policy

Since we ship frozen, perishable goods, we do not offer any return services.  All sales are final once the package is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

All orders may be cancelled until the items are shipped, after which time, the customer is committed to the purchase.

Delivery / Shipping Policy is as follows:

Currently we only ship to addresses within the Continental USA... We do not ship to Alaska nor Hawaii.

All Cold Products will ship UPS Next Day Air.
All Dried Sausage orders will ship Priority 2-3 Day Mail thru U.S. Postal Service.
