• 1 Link Kountry Boys Sausage (any flavor)
• 4 Medium Potatoes
• 2 Cups Sauerkraut
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1. Cut 'Kountry Boys' Sausage into 1/2" pieces
2. Peel and cut potatoes into quarters
3. Put into '1' Pot
4. Cover with water
5. Add salt & black pepper
6. Boil five minutes
7. Add sauerkraut
8. Simmer until potatoes are soft, adding more water if necessary
